20151012_110602It is our pleasure to present to you this annual report for the Hudson Community School District. We are honored to assume the responsibility of preparing the young people of this school district for their future. Our entire faculty and staff remain committed to ensuring that we live up to our Core Purpose, “Creating Effective Learning Environments that Result in Success for All Students”. Our Hudson K-6 attendance center received a ranking of  ‘Commendable’ on the Iowa Report Card, while the 7-12 attendance center is ranked as ‘High Performing’ on that same metric.

Make no mistake, our students are improving! In the Spring of 2017, 77.2% of our students met benchmark on early literacy indicators, with an average gain of 7.8%. Statewide, 70% of students met benchmark with an average gain of 2.9%. Further our district ACT Composite was 23.8 compared to 21.9 at the state level. To view the report, please click here.
