Summer strength and conditioning- program starts Monday, June 4th. MWF Lifting session 1- 6:45-8:15 and MWF Lifting session 2- 8:15-9:30 T/TH Speed and Agility session 1- 6:45-8:15 and T/TH Speed and Agility session 2 8:15-9:30.
