9/18 HS Announcements

Bus inspection will take place on Tuesday, Sept 26th.  Students- please car pool and/or park on the sides of the streets as we will need the back half of the parking lot cleared.

The 2017 PSAT test date is Wednesday, October 11.  Students must sign up with Mrs. McCaulley in the Guidance office before Thursday, September 7.  The cost for the test is $16.  The test will begin at 8 AM and students will be dismissed around 11:30. Please see Mrs. McCually for questions!

“On September 19th, the Hudson Community Center will host the upcoming Red Cross Blood Drive from 1:00-5:30. However,  there is a need of some volunteers to help run this blood drive. Shifts are as follows:
1st Shift: 2 people working at 2:30-3:30 (preferably seniors that doesn’t have an eighth period) 2nd Shift: 1 person to work from 3:30-4:30 3rd Shift: 2 people to work from 4:30-5:30Clean-Up: 4 people to work from 5:30-6:30/6:45

Students- if you are planning on bringing a guest from another school to homecoming, please pick up a blue guest form in the office.  Forms are due on Thursday, September 21st at 3:15pm.

Dress up days for this years homecoming are as follows:  Monday- Character Day, Tuesday- Toga Day, Wednesday- Groutfit vs All Denim Day, Thursday- Hawaiian Day, Friday- Pirate Pride Day

Homecoming T-Shirt order forms are available in the HS office.  They are due on Monday, Sept 18th!  Go PIRATES!!

On Monday, there will be a short pep assembly from 10:40-11:15 in the HS Aud!

Today, there will be a representative from UNI in the outer guidance office.  All interested students should report to seminar for attendance and then report to guidance.

On Tuesday, September 19th, a representative from Hawkeye will be in the outer guidance office.  All interested students should report to seminar for attendance and then report to guidance.

Thursday, September 21st, a representative from Simpson college will be in the outer guidance office.  All interested students should report to seminar for attendance and then report to guidance.
