The Hudson Community School District offers a comprehensive athletic program with multiple varsity and sub varsity offerings from 7th grade all the way through senior high school. Our program is administered by long time Director of Activities Kevin Wurzer and is assisted by Dee Sallee.
At Hudson, we believe that the athletes, coaches, and fans conduct of themselves will be remembered long after the activity has ended. Success without honor is not success at all. As a learning community, we strive for the ideals of good sportsmanship, ethical behavior, and integrity. Sports contests should be remembered as ones that bring credit to the hard work invested by all those associated with the event. Celebrate the positive, and do not dwell on the negative. Please cheer positively and help those around you to do the same. Joyfully express your appreciation for teamwork and effort, and above all, respect one another. Thank you.
Senior citizen passes are available to Hudson Senior Citizens (60 yrs and older) living in the Hudson Community School District to be used for athletic and fine arts activities sponsored by Hudson School. Please visit the Superintendent’s office at 136 S. Washington Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. if you would like a pass.

On behalf of the Hudson Athletic Booster Club Board, please consider become a member of the Hudson Athletic Booster Club.
Thanks to the help of all our members and school families, the Booster Club has been successful in contributing over $120,000 in supplies, equipment and uniforms for our student athletes in grades 7-12. We all know the importance of having successful programs in our schools and we will continue to do our best in fulfilling their needs. As school budgets get tighter, the Booster Club takes on a significant role in meeting the needs of all student athletes.
Your support of the Athletic Booster Club and all Hudson athletes would be greatly appreciated. We sincerely hope you will consider joining our Booster Club family.
Play along with us at each home football game! Buy a yard line and you could win a gift certificate to the Treasure Chest if the Pirates score from your (randomly assigned) yard line! Click here for the TD Club
We ask parents of 7-12 grade athletes to volunteer once per season in the concession stand. Funds raised from this go toward uniforms, training devices, facility upgrades, etc. Please take a moment to review the schedule and sign up for a time that works for you! Grab a friend and be the first to sign up!! Contact deesallee@hudschools.org
The Treasure Chest will be open Fridays during the home regular season football games! Check out the new Pirate gear at the store located next to the concession stand. Watch the Athletic Booster Club's Facebook page for specific stores throughout the year!
