The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 Every School District is required by Law to inform Families of Summer Meal Sites
USDA’s Summer Meals for Kids Site Finder website shows open meal sites across the nation
with non-congregate and congregate designations. The USDA National Hunger Hotline can be
reached Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The texting service is automated and
available 24/7.

Summer Grocery Benefit for Kids – Sun Bucks Information and FAQ
Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (or Summer EBT) provides $120 in grocery benefits per eligible school-age child when school is out for summer. Summer EBT can be used to purchase food from authorized retailers in participating states, Tribes, and territories. It may also be known by a different name in certain locations.
