FFA Fall Fundraiser

The Hudson FFA Chapter has officially kicked off its annual Fall Fundraiser, a long-standing tradition that gives community members an opportunity to support local FFA members while purchasing a wide variety of quality products just in time for the holiday season.
This year, Hudson FFA members are selling fresh fruit, cheese, popcorn, beef sticks and summer sausage, pies, and frozen cookie dough. The chapter works with local businesses to source high-quality products that members can proudly offer to customers throughout the community.

Several local businesses help make the fundraiser possible, including Hansen’s Fresh Dairy, Randall’s Stop N Shop, and Fareway Stores. By working with area businesses, the Hudson FFA Chapter is able to offer products that support both the local community and the chapter’s fundraising efforts.

The Fall Fundraiser has been a long-standing tradition for the Hudson FFA Chapter and for FFA chapters across the United States. In addition to raising funds for chapter activities, the fundraiser provides students with valuable hands-on learning experiences.
“The Fall Fundraiser is a great opportunity for our FFA members to develop real-world business skills,” said Hudson FFA Advisor Dennis Deppe. “Students learn the importance of organization, sales, communication, and customer service. They also gain confidence by talking with customers and taking responsibility for managing their own orders.”

Funds raised through the sale help support Hudson FFA activities, leadership development opportunities, contests, conferences, community service projects, and other chapter programs throughout the year.

Orders will be accepted through November 6. Products are scheduled to be delivered during the first week of December, making the fundraiser a convenient way to purchase food and treats for holiday gatherings, gifts, and family celebrations.

The Hudson FFA Chapter appreciates the continued support of the community, local businesses, families, and customers who make the fundraiser successful each year. Every purchase helps provide Hudson FFA members with opportunities to grow as leaders, develop career skills, and participate in agricultural education activities throughout the year.
